Das Verfahren ist mir von Schacheröffnungsbüchern, speziell von Lothar Vogt, Rainer Knaak: Königsindisch Pro & Contra, Berlin: Sportverlag, 1992, vertraut. Ein Autor vertritt eine Position, ein anderer widerspricht. In Contemporary Debates in Epistemology bekommen die Autoren oft noch Gelegenheit auf die Gegenpotion zu antworten. Dadurch entsteht ein lebendiges Werk, das dem Leser die Wahl der besseren Argumente überläßt.
Bei dieser Textkonstruktionist das Inhaltsverzeichnis sehr hilfreich um die Thematik zu erfassen.
